At checkout you just choose the type of delivery (Packeta, DPD Pickup or PPL ParcelShop). The exact branch is selected through a link we e-mail you right after you complete your order — so you don’t have to hunt for a map during checkout. This isn’t an e-shop error: we deliberately keep the branch selection in your inbox so you can pick the closest one whenever it suits you.

Yes. We currently ship across Europe and to selected international destinations. Available shipping options and rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also check the status of your order anytime in your account dashboard.

Yes. You can return your order within 14 days of delivery, as long as items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

To start a return, email us at support@veynathletica.com with your order number. We'll reply with return instructions and the warehouse address. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is defective.

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5 business days to your original payment method. Bank processing may take an additional 2–5 days to appear on your statement.

To exchange a size, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the size you need. This ensures the fastest turnaround time.

For hygiene reasons, sports bras, swimwear, and underwear cannot be returned once tried on. Sale and final-sale items are also non-returnable unless defective.

If your order has not yet been processed, contact us as soon as possible at support@veynathletica.com. Once an order has been dispatched, changes and cancellations are no longer possible — but you can return it after delivery.

VEYN pieces are made from premium technical fabrics — primarily blends of polyamide, polyester, and elastane — engineered for moisture-wicking, four-way stretch, and long-lasting shape retention. Specific composition is listed on each product page.

• Wash inside out, cold (max 30°C)
• Use mild detergent — no bleach or fabric softener
• Do not tumble dry
• Air dry away from direct sunlight
• Do not iron on prints
